Day 29 - Goals for the Next 30 Days
1:30 AMSetting goals is something that I'm very fond of. There's nothing more satisfying than setting goals and after a lot of hard work, finally reaching those goals. However, the important thing about setting goals is making sure that those goals are realistic and achievable. With that being said, here are my goals for the next 30 days:
Blog Goals
- Finish scheduling posts for the next couple of months.
- Start a Facebook Fan Page for this blog (maybe; I'm still not sure on this one).
Personal Goals
- Say "yes" to more events while it is still the first half of the semester and I don't have much work to do.
- Stay productive even when all I want to do is binge watch stuff on Netflix.
- Make time to actually read all the blog posts from different bloggers that I've saved in Evernote.
- Read Thomas Frank's (of CollegeInfoGeek.com)'s book, 10 Steps to Earning Awesome Grades (While Studying Less). I'm very excited about it and I have the book on my phone, my tablet, and my laptop, but I haven't had time to read it.
School Goals
- Make it my life's mission not to procrastinate... as much. I'm usually pretty good with this, but there's always a part of me that wants to let things slide.
- Sleep! Good God, I need to sleep more.
- Read every night. I usually keep my phone right next to my bed, which is probably why I don't get enough sleep. Even if I'm physically in bed at a decent time, I'm on my phone all night. Instead of reaching for my phone, I want to reach for a good book.
Those are just a few of my goals for the next 30 days, though I'm sure that I'll think of more things to add to this list. Comment down below and let me know what some of your goals are.
With love from your girl,
Shatece
